Instructions
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture.
- Scoop and roll dough into balls, coat in sanding sugar.
- Flatten each dough ball slightly before baking.
- Bake at 350°F for 11-13 minutes until edges are browned.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
