Instructions
- Preheat Blackstone Grill to medium-high heat.
- Form ground beef into 2-3 ounce meatballs on the griddle.
- Press tortillas onto meatballs and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip burgers, season with salt and pepper, and add cheese.
- Cook until cheese melts and tortillas are crispy.
- Assemble tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onions.
