Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare the pie crust in a pie pan.
- Parbake the crust for 15 minutes and let it cool.
- Cook the pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add butter and flour to the sausage, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened.
- Pour the gravy into the pie crust and top with quartered biscuits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
