Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate slowly using a saucepan or microwave.
- Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Pour and spread the melted chocolate evenly on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle dried cherries and pistachios over the chocolate.
- Lightly season with sea salt.
- Allow the chocolate to cool and harden completely for about 30 minutes.
- Break into irregular pieces for serving.
