- 2 delicata squash

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cut delicata squash into rounds and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper before placing on a baking sheet.
- Separate grapes into small clusters and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Roast squash on the lower rack and grapes on the upper rack for 15 minutes. Flip the squash and continue roasting for 6-8 minutes until both are tender.
- Arrange roasted squash and grapes on a serving platter, topping with parmesan cheese, pepitas, and a balsamic drizzle before serving.
