- Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a 9-inch baking dish, combine fresh cranberries, orange juice and zest, bourbon or apple juice, honey or coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until cranberries pop and liquid thickens.
- Let cool slightly and garnish with reserved orange zest before serving.
