Instructions

- Toss until squash is evenly coated.
- Spread squash on the prepared sheet pan in a single layer.
- Roast for 15 minutes without turning.
- Flip the squash and continue roasting for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme over the squash before serving.
