Instructions

  • Add ground beef and pork; brown evenly.

  • Simmer the sauce uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Boil salted water; cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
  • Reserve pasta water before draining.
  • Mix rigatoni with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  • Serve warm with Parmesan and fresh herbs.
