Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix red velvet cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and 2 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Roll dough in powdered sugar and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes until slightly spread and cracked.
  • Cool on tray for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Beat cream cheese and 4 tbsp butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Spread frosting on the bottom of one cookie and top with another to create a sandwich.
