- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add almond flour and baking powder; mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
- Pour batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and raspberries on top.
- Bake for 18 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely, then cut into squares.
