- 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste (for dipping sauce)
Instructions
- Combine ground pork, napa cabbage, garlic, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in each wonton wrapper and seal carefully.
- Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium heat and arrange potstickers without crowding.
- Fry until golden brown, then add water and cover to steam for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili garlic paste to make the dipping sauce.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
