  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, diced

Instructions

  • Whisk together soy sauce, water, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, then add ground beef and green onions, crumbling the beef as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add diced pineapple to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes, then pour in the sauce and heat until bubbling.
  • Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
