Instructions
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla in a mixer.
- Gradually add half of the powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Adjust dough consistency by adding more powdered sugar if needed.
- Roll out the dough on powdered sugar until 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut out small circles and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate at 30-second intervals, stirring.
- Dip chilled rounds in chocolate, let excess drip off.
- Decorate with sprinkles and allow to set before serving.
