- 27 Oreos (regular or peppermint), divided (set aside 3 for topping)
- 1 container (11.75 ounces) hot fudge topping
- 48 ounces peppermint ice cream
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Optional: Finely chopped peppermint bark or peppermint crunch candies for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter as per package instructions and bake for 2-3 minutes less than suggested.
- Cool brownies for 20 minutes, then chop 24 Oreos and press them onto the brownies.
- Warm hot fudge and spread it over the Oreos.
- Soften peppermint ice cream and spread over the hot fudge layer.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos.
- Cover and freeze overnight.
- Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before cutting into bars.
