- 3 cups chow mein noodles
- 16 oz. white chocolate (CandyQuik recommended)
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 3 crushed candy canes
- 3 oz. milk chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or on the stove, stirring frequently.
- Stir in peppermint extract after melting.
- Add chow mein noodles and mix until coated.
- Form spoonfuls onto wax paper and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
- Let the haystacks sit until set for about 30 minutes to an hour.
- Melt milk chocolate and dip the bottoms of the haystacks.
- Allow to dry completely before serving.
