Ingredients

  • 3 cups chow mein noodles
  • 16 oz. white chocolate (CandyQuik recommended)
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 3 crushed candy canes
  • 3 oz. milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or on the stove, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in peppermint extract after melting.
  • Add chow mein noodles and mix until coated.
  • Form spoonfuls onto wax paper and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  • Let the haystacks sit until set for about 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Melt milk chocolate and dip the bottoms of the haystacks.
  • Allow to dry completely before serving.
