- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Shape dough into balls, roll in sugar, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after baking.
- Cool cookies on a rack.
