- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture and beat well.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients with wet mixture and fold in pecans and raisins.
- Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until edges are crispy.
- Cool on pans briefly then transfer to a wire rack.
