Instructions
- Beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla, and almond extracts; mix until combined.
- Whisk together the flour, corn starch, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures gradually.
- Shape the dough into balls, roll in sugar, and create thumbprint indentations.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and bake cookies for 9-10 minutes.
- Add Nutella to the thumbprints and cool on a wire rack.
