Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll the first sheet of puff pastry and smooth it out.
- Spread Nutella evenly over the first sheet.
- Layer second puff pastry sheet on top.
- Cut into a Christmas tree shape.
- Make cuts along the sides to create strips.
- Twist each strip for decoration.
- Make small stars from scraps and place on top.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Optional: Chill in the refrigerator or freezer before baking.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 15 minutes and dust with powdered sugar.
