- 1 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 10 ounces Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Pour warm water into the dry mix and stir until no dry spots are left.
- Cover and let rise for 60 minutes until doubled in size.
- Optionally refrigerate the dough for up to 5 days.
- Oil the sheet pan, then spread the dough to the edges.
- Let rise uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Poke holes in the dough, pre-bake for 5 minutes.
- Add sauce, cheese, and toppings, then bake for 10-14 minutes.
