- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Melt chocolate chips with shortening or oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Fold in Golden Grahams and mini marshmallows until coated with chocolate.
- Pour and press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 1-2 hours.
- Slice into squares and serve.
