- 1 ½ lb chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oil in the Ninja Foodi on the SEAR function.
- Season the chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Brown the roast on each side for approximately 3 minutes.
- Add chopped onions, carrots, celery, and baby potatoes around the roast.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then add fresh thyme.
- Close lid and select slow cook setting for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.
