  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Heat oil in the Ninja Foodi on the SEAR function.
  • Season the chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Brown the roast on each side for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Add chopped onions, carrots, celery, and baby potatoes around the roast.
  • Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then add fresh thyme.
  • Close lid and select slow cook setting for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.
