Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, using your hands to mix until it forms a sticky ball.
- Knead the dough for about a minute in the bowl, adding more flour if needed for manageability.
- Divide the dough into six equal parts and roll each piece into a 6" diameter on a floured surface.
- Heat a frying pan without oil until hot, then cook each flatbread for a few minutes on both sides until they develop light golden spots and puff up.
- Serve fresh; if preparing ahead, warm them in the oven before serving.
