Instructions
- Cream the cold butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well; stir in the vanilla.
- Whisk together cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry mix to the wet mixture; do not overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and chopped peppermint bark.
- Preheat oven to 360°F (182°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Drop dough onto sheets, spaced well; bake for 10-14 minutes.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on warm cookies after baking.
