Instructions

- Combine chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt.
- Whisk together egg, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until pale.
- Mix in the melted chocolate and then sift in flour, combining gently.
- Divide batter between ramekins and bake for 11-12 minutes.
- Let cakes sit, run a knife around edges, then invert onto plates.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with berries and ice cream.
