- 12 large strawberries, washed and sliced lengthwise

- ⅓ cup chocolate, melting or candy melts in your preferred color

Instructions
- Scoop out the centers of each strawberry using a melon baller or spoon.
- Combine the mascarpone cheese, ½ cup of powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth.
- Fill a piping bag with the mascarpone filling and pipe it into each strawberry.
- Chill the filled strawberries in the refrigerator.
- Melt chocolate and create heart shapes on parchment paper for decoration.
