  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed or sliced thinly)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Drain and dry the mozzarella balls thoroughly.
  • Finely chop the rosemary, thyme, basil, and mint; crush peppercorns.
  • Mix olive oil with herbs, salt, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar.
