- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Soften butter and mix with lemon zest, chives, parsley, garlic, and salt.
- Butterfly the lobster tails while keeping the meat attached.
- Broil lobster tails with the butter mixture for 10-12 minutes.
- Brush with remaining butter and serve with lemon wedges.
