- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1½ cups chopped cooked ham
- 1½ cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced (about 3 tbsp)
- 5 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- sour cream, if desired
- Additional sliced green onions, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate, crimping the edges if desired.
- Layer the ham, hash browns, cheese, and green onions in the crust.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the crust.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with bacon, sour cream, and additional onions or cheese if desired.
