  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375º F.
  • Dice and chop the peppers, onions, chives, and ham.
  • Whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grease a 9"x13" baking dish and line it with crescent roll dough.
  • Bake the crust for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
  • Sauté diced peppers and onions in butter, then add ham and cook briefly.
  • Layer the sautéed mixture over the crust, sprinkle cheese, and pour egg mixture on top.
  • Bake for 27-32 minutes until eggs are set and edges pull away.
