- 1 (8 oz) roll of organic crescent roll dough
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 large red pepper, finely diced
- 1 green pepper, finely diced
- 1 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 10 large eggs
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375º F.
- Dice and chop the peppers, onions, chives, and ham.
- Whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, and black pepper.
- Grease a 9"x13" baking dish and line it with crescent roll dough.
- Bake the crust for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
- Sauté diced peppers and onions in butter, then add ham and cook briefly.
- Layer the sautéed mixture over the crust, sprinkle cheese, and pour egg mixture on top.
- Bake for 27-32 minutes until eggs are set and edges pull away.
