Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt.
- Cream together butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg yolks, extracts, lemon zest, and water; mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate dry mixtures on low speed.
- Divide dough, wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Roll out dough, cut shapes for the cookies.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes; cool before moving.
- Dust with powdered sugar and spread jam on solid cookies.
- Top with cut-out cookies and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
