Instructions
- Cream butter and confectioner's sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and salt; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate flour to form dough.
- Chill dough wrapped in plastic for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Roll out chilled dough and cut shapes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are light brown.
- Cool before assembling with jam and confectioner’s sugar.
