  • Pastel pink and electric pink gel-paste food coloring (as needed)

Instructions

  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Cream together butter, granulated sugar, honey powder, and lemon zest until fluffy.
  • Add egg to creamed mixture and blend.
  • Combine lemon juice and milk in a separate bowl and set aside.
  • Gradually mix dry and wet ingredients together without overmixing.
