  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for streusel)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed (for streusel)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream butter, sugar, and lemon zest until fluffy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and yogurt; beat until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
