- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 8.5 oz white chocolate chips (about 1 cup)
- 8.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 1 cup)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
- 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Divide the sweetened condensed milk between two bowls, adding to each bowl the respective chocolate chips.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave, stirring in intervals. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract when melted.
- Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate and stir in the remaining vanilla extract.
- Mix Christmas sprinkles into the melted white chocolate.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet layer and spread evenly.
- Top with extra Christmas sprinkles and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
