- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings in a bowl.
- Melt mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Combine melted cheese and eggs with dry ingredients to form dough.
- Shape dough into 8 rolls and place on the baking sheet.
- Melt butter, then mix in minced garlic and chives.
- Bake rolls for 10 minutes, then brush with garlic butter and return to oven.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra garlic butter if desired.
