- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)

- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Peel, core, and dice the Granny Smith apples into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and spices.
- Grate or shave the cold butter into the flour mixture and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Fold in diced apples to ensure they're coated in the mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla together until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the flour and apple mixture.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan and pour in the batter.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar, flour, and cinnamon for the topping.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Distribute the topping over the batter and bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Cool for about an hour before removing from the pan.
