  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix brown sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, minced onion, and cayenne in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides of pork chops.
  • Select Sauté on Instant Pot, heat oil, and brown pork chops for 3 minutes per side.
  • Add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot, scraping any brown bits off.
  • Return pork chops to the pot, seal lid, and pressure cook for 15 minutes.
  • Allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
  • Press Cancel, select Sauté, and heat remaining liquid.
  • Mix cornstarch with cold water, add to the broth, and stir until thickened.
  • Optional: Stir in sour cream for a creamier gravy.
  • Serve gravy over pork chops.
