- 4 (1-inch thick) bone-in pork chops
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Mix brown sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, minced onion, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides of pork chops.
- Select Sauté on Instant Pot, heat oil, and brown pork chops for 3 minutes per side.
- Add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot, scraping any brown bits off.
- Return pork chops to the pot, seal lid, and pressure cook for 15 minutes.
- Allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
- Press Cancel, select Sauté, and heat remaining liquid.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water, add to the broth, and stir until thickened.
- Optional: Stir in sour cream for a creamier gravy.
- Serve gravy over pork chops.
