- 1–1/2 cups diced ham (or 1 ham slice, chopped)
- 2 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed, washed, and drained)
- 6 – 8 new potatoes, halved
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place diced ham and sliced onions in the Instant Pot.
- Add the trimmed green beans on top.
- Layer the halved new potatoes over the green beans.
- Pour chicken broth or water over the ingredients.
- Close the lid and set to seal.
- Select 'Pressure Cook' and set to 8 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Carefully quick release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid, serve, and enjoy.
