Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed, washed, and drained)
  • 6 – 8 new potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place diced ham and sliced onions in the Instant Pot.
  • Add the trimmed green beans on top.
  • Layer the halved new potatoes over the green beans.
  • Pour chicken broth or water over the ingredients.
  • Close the lid and set to seal.
  • Select 'Pressure Cook' and set to 8 minutes.
  • Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Open the lid, serve, and enjoy.
