Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, allspice, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves.
- In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients: eggs, pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, and water.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, mixing gently until just moistened.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
