- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- ½ cup hot honey (homemade or store-bought)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in buttermilk for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge shrimp in seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in a pot.
- Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on parchment paper and drizzle with hot honey and garnish with parsley.
