- 1 oz Tonic Water
- 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Pomegranate Pearls (for garnish)

- 1 cup Water (for simple syrup)
- 1 cup Sugar (for simple syrup)
- 2–3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary (for simple syrup)
Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves, then cool and strain.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- In a shaker, mix ice, tequila, grapefruit juice, tonic water, and rosemary syrup.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with pomegranate pearls and rosemary.
