Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter, salt, and sugar to a boil.
- Remove from heat and whisk in flour until smooth. Return to low heat until dough pulls away from sides.
- Transfer to stand mixer, beat on low to cool. Add each egg one by one, mixing well.
- Fold in fresh herbs and grated cheese.
- Drop portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 425°F, then bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
