Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and salt.
  • Mix in all-purpose flour gradually until fully combined.
  • Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out dough and cut with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  • Chill cut cookies for 20 minutes before baking.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until set.
  • Melt chocolate and dip half of each cookie.
