  • Dairy-free chocolate frosting (1 or 2 batches, depending on preference)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake pans with grease and parchment.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Beat egg whites in a large bowl until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  • Cream the butter and Greek yogurt, then mix in maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and oat milk to the butter mixture.
  • Gently fold in the whipped egg whites until combined.
  • Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
