- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8 baking dish.
- Mix almond butter and pumpkin puree in a large bowl.
- Whisk in eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate.
