- 1/3 cup refined coconut oil
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings: chocolate chips, freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in dairy-free chocolate chips and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Transfer to the fridge for an additional 15-30 minutes.
- Cut into squares once chilled.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
