Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a 9×13 metal pan with non-stick spray.
- Whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter with brown and granulated sugars until smooth, then add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture, being careful not to over-mix, then add chocolate chips and M&M's.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared pan and bake for about 23 minutes.
- Press extra chocolate chips and M&M's into the top after baking.
