Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Slice the Granny Smith apples into 1/2 inch wide slices.
- Pat down each apple slice to remove moisture.
- Cut a small slit into the base of each slice and insert a popsicle stick.
- Melt purple candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add coconut oil to adjust the consistency of the chocolate.
- Dip each apple slice into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle Halloween sprinkles on top.
- Chill in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
