Instructions
- Cook ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until no longer pink and drain fat.
- Sauté broccoli and onion in olive oil until crisp-tender.
- Mix water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
- Combine beef with sautéed veggies and pour sauce over, cooking until thickened.
- Serve over hot rice.
